Applications

Safety Data
Although generally considered as non-irritant and non-sensitising, the leaves have been noted as causing contact dermatitis in some individuals.
About the Product
In the Middle Ages it was believed that binding the brow with ivy leaves would prevent intoxication. Taverns would carry the sign of an ivy bush over their doors, to indicate the excellence of the liquor supplied within: hence the saying, 'Good wine needs no bush'.
