Larch

Larch

Larix decidua
Reference FEB38LAR
Part of plant Flower.

Applications
Larch flower remedy is concerned with a general and deep-rooted lack of confidence. Individuals in the negative larch state will invariably be stuck in a vicious cycle whereby the fear or failure leads to an avoidance of any endeavours that might prove that person a success. Unwilling to try new things, always making excuses for a refusal to participate and over-sensitive to the negative judgements of others, those in the negative larch state are in denial about their true potential and worth. The condition will often spring from a childhood where failures were mercilessly exposed and good efforts were never acknowledged. What is needed is the strength, self-awareness and enthusiasm to break with the restraints of this inhibiting pattern of thought.

Larch is a good general remedy for boosting the self-confidence at periods of temporary stress or set-back and can be used in conjunction with other, more specific remedies. It will unshackle the mind, releasing the unrealised potential. It will also enable the person to take a more balanced, grounded view of failure, showing them that the benefits of taking risks far outweigh the occasional setback.
