How to Use
Only a very small dosage is required. Add 4 drops 4 times daily or 8 drops twice daily, if more convenient, to a little water or other drink such as fruit juice. Alternatively, drops can be taken orally direct from the dropper. Best results are obtained from steady, consistent dosage over a period of time. The elixirs are preserved in organic grape alcohol, but alcohol ingestion at the recommended dosage is extremely minimal and the remedies are safe even for the smallest baby. To avoid the use of alcohol, add 2-3 drops from your bottle into a small container (e.g. a 10ml dropper bottle), top up with clean mineral water, and dose as normal, keeping refrigerated when not in use. |
