Has proved effective in assisting with PMS, moods and menopausal symptoms. About the Product Rose hydrosol has a history that goes back several hundred years, but much of the rose water currently available is a prepared product consisting of water to which fragrant materials, and occasionally alcohol, have been added. Tortue Rouge rosewater is the real thing! obtained by the steam distillation of rose petals. We take no essential oil when we distill this hydrolat, thereby enhancing the fragrance as well as the medicinal properties.
Try using as a body splash if you're feeling anxious.
