Applications
With a high content of monoterpene based alcohols, white thyme is less harsh than red thyme but still has excellent infection fighting properties, being effective against sore throats and general debility. It will promote good skin health and ease tightness in the chest associated with coughs.
How to Use
Diluted in a vegetable oil, in a vaporiser.

Generally held to be non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitising.
