Fears

Applications
This combination remedy is intended to help pets and animals suffering from fears and anxiety over particular things. Examples include cats afraid of going to the vets; horses that are nervous of being shod; dogs or any other pets that are afraid of travelling in the car. A very common fear amongst animals, especially dogs, is a fear of loud noises such as fireworks or thunderstorms. The Fears elixir may help to reduce an animal's reactivity to loud noises or other frightening stimuli without acting as a drug or tranquilliser. Owners should be careful not to encourage these problems from arising in the first place by accidentally rewarding an animal's fear eg giving a dog a biscuit or pat to reassure it when it is afraid of something. Using Fears regularly over a period of time will produce better results than waiting until your pet shows signs of fear.
How to Use
Dr Petals' elixirs are easy to use and can help any kind of animal, great or small. Add 8 drops, twice daily, to your pet's drinking water or food, or add drops to snacks such as apple slices for a horse or biscuits for a dog. For animal carers wishing to avoid the use of alcohol, add 2-3 drops from your bottle into a small container (e.g. a 10ml dropper bottle), top up with clean mineral water, and dose as normal, keeping refrigerated when not in use.
Safety Data
Dr Petals' elixirs are 100% safe and natural and of the highest possible quality. They are not drugs, tranquillisers or herbal medicines. They cannot cause side effects or drowsiness, and can be taken alongside any kind of food or medication. These products are not a treatment for physical illness, and are not a substitute for veterinary medical attention should this be required. If your animal is behaving oddly or out of character, always have it examined by a qualified veterinary surgeon.
