Applications Heartsease may be used to cleanse and calm the respiration and the skin. It may help to clear coughs, such as whooping cough. The herb is still used in Russia to make a tea for the prevention of tuberculosis. Heartsease may also help with the prevention and treatment of acne.
In cases of urinary discomfort Heartsease may aid in the healing of cystitis and can be used to ease the symptoms of frequent and painful urination.
